• On-the-Spot Checking: When your order is delivered, you are permitted and encouraged to check the product immediately while the delivery personnel is still present.
• Instant Returns: If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it instantly to the delivery person for a refund.
• No Post-Delivery Refunds: Once the product has been accepted and the delivery person has left, we do not accept returns. We will not issue refunds for any products that have been used or damaged after a successful delivery. Please ensure you are entirely happy with the item before accepting it.
